Training: Day 1 (T-75)

Ran on the treadmill today (it was snowing outside). Felt pretty good for my first run in ages.

Workout:
  • 5 minute walk (warm-up)
  • Alternate 60 seconds of jogging/90 seconds of walking
  • 5 minute walk (cool down)
  • Total workout time: 31 minutes
  • Total distance @ 30 minutes: 2.33 miles
  • Total distance @ 31 minutes: 2.39 miles
